Privacy Policy: Prison Intake Officer

This policy explains how the game Prison Intake Officer (the "game"), made by Arsidia Games LLC ("we", "us"), handles your information. In short: the game does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal data. It has no account, no ads and no tracking.

What we collect

Nothing. The game does not ask for your name, email, age, contacts, photos, location or any other personal information, and it does not send any data from your device to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your device

• Your progress. Days played, cash, rank, upgrades and settings (sound, vibration, language) are saved in the game's own storage on your device. They are never uploaded to us.
• Technical logs. The game keeps a small local log of gameplay events and, if the game crashes, a crash report. They help with troubleshooting on the device. In this version they are never sent anywhere: they stay on your device and are removed when you delete the game.
• Deleting the game removes all of this. You can also erase your progress at any time in Settings > Reset progress.
• If your device backs up app data (for example to iCloud or to a computer), your progress may be included in that backup. Apple and your device settings control those backups; we never receive them.

Internet connection

This version of the game does not connect to the internet. It works fully offline. If you open a web link from the game (such as this policy), it opens in your web browser, which is governed by the browser's and the website's own policies.

Ads, purchases and tracking

• The game shows no ads and contains no advertising software.
• The game has no in-app purchases.
• We do not track you across apps or websites, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not share data with data brokers.

Device permissions

The game does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts or notifications.

Information Apple may share with us

The game is distributed through the App Store, which Apple operates under its own privacy policy. If you have chosen in your device settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us aggregated usage statistics and crash reports about the game. This sharing is controlled by Apple and by your settings, not by the game, and we use it only to fix problems and improve the game.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Privacy laws in your region (such as the EU/UK GDPR or California's CCPA) may give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Because we do not collect personal data through the game, we normally have nothing to provide or delete; if you contact us, we will confirm this. You can always delete everything the game stored by erasing your progress or deleting the game.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes how it handles data, we will update this policy before that version is released and change the effective date above. If a change requires your consent, the game will ask for it first.
